H.L. 10K Shoring Frames

Heavy-duty 10K shoring frames are designed to provide temporary vertical load support for concrete formwork, structural slabs, and overhead construction. Rated for high-capacity applications, the frame’s welded steel tube construction handles substantial compressive loads while maintaining structural rigidity under sustained weight. Horizontal cross members add lateral stability, and drop-lock pins at each connection point allow fast, secure stacking and bracing for multi-tier shoring towers. Finished in a red powder coat for corrosion resistance and easy visual identification on active jobsites. Compatible with standard shoring cross braces, screw jacks, base plates, and U-head adapters to accommodate a wide range of beam and formwork configurations.

Angle Iron Cross Braces

Angle iron cross braces connect and stabilize paired shoring frames into a rigid, plumb tower assembly. The X-configuration resists lateral forces and prevents racking under heavy compressive loads, which is critical in temporary support applications where structural integrity cannot be compromised. Angle iron construction provides greater stiffness and resistance to bending compared to standard tube bracing, matching the higher load demands of shoring work. Pin holes at each end align with the shoring frame’s drop-lock receptacles for fast, tool-free installation. Black finish for easy visual distinction from scaffold-grade bracing on jobsites that run both systems simultaneously.
